Fora Mikro is a mobile companion app for businesses using the Micro accounting system, designed to bring sales, inventory and collection workflows to tablets, smartphones and handheld terminals. It synchronizes with Micro (notably V14 and V15), offers a demo mode and a 15-day trial setup, and lets field teams work offline while storing records locally for later upload. Users choose Fora Mikro to speed up document entry, manage customer and stock details on the go, and keep reporting and price calculations aligned with their central accounting system without relying on constant network access.
⭐ Fora Mikro synchronizes with the Micro accounting system and supports versions V14 and V15, keeping mobile and central data aligned.
⭐ Local storage and offline mode allow field users to record invoices, collections and inventory movements without a persistent connection and sync later.
⭐ High-performance processing enables fast lookups and document entry even with large numbers of stock cards and transactions.
⭐ Detailed user-rights management offers more than 400 parameters to customize permissions and authorizations per role.
⭐ Integrated pricing and discount logic pulls defaults from Micro and recent sales data, with manual overrides for authorized staff.
⭐ Parametric reporting and flexible document entry (series, warehouses, projects, payment plans, currencies and more) adapt to varied business processes.
✅ Significant speed improvements for mobile sales and inventory tasks, reducing time spent on document entry.
✅ Offline capability ensures continuous operation in low-connectivity environments and reliable later synchronization.
✅ Granular access controls improve security and make delegation across teams straightforward.
✅ Flexible, parametric reports let owners and reps view tailored sales metrics and regroup data by stock, rep, month or project.
❎ Designed primarily for integration with the Micro accounting platform (especially V14 and V15), so it requires that ecosystem.
❎ Full synchronization of offline records depends on intermittent network access to upload queued transactions.
❎ The depth of configuration and many permission options can require initial setup time and user training.
Compatible with Micro versions V14 and V15; a demo mode is available and a free 15-day trial can be arranged by contacting the vendor by phone.
