The app utilizes Android's VpnService to set up a Virtual Private Network (VPN) connection for ad verification. The Amazon Shopper Panel is available to a limited number of US customers and interested customers can join the waitlist.

- Privacy protection: Amazon only receives information that panelists explicitly choose to share via the Shopper Panel, such as information extracted from uploaded receipts, survey responses, or ads they have seen. The app utilizes Android's VpnService to set up a Virtual Private Network (VPN) connection for ad verification, but does not install a VPN on the device. Users can opt out of ad verification at any time.
