Cruz Roja Ocosingo is a mobile management tool to simplify volunteer coordination and attendance tracking for local Red Cross activities. The app lets administrators create roles, schedule and publish activities, and register, update or remove users while volunteers can check in and check out from events when they are physically near the meeting point. It also generates CSV summaries of attendance across date ranges and total hours to support reporting and oversight.
With Cruz Roja Ocosingo, administrators sign in with role-based access to manage users; they can manually record attendance, create and assign positions, schedule activities, and download CSV reports. Volunteers can view scheduled events and use location-based check-in that restricts marking attendance to proximity of the meeting point.
Cruz Roja Ocosingo centralizes volunteer and activity management in a single interface and reduces manual reconciliation by providing exportable CSV reports of hours worked and attendance over selected date ranges. User management tools make it straightforward to maintain an up-to-date roster and monitor participation efficiently.
Administrators are required to download CSV reports and perform manual attendance recording or user management when necessary, and users can only mark or end attendance while physically near the designated meeting point, which may limit use for entirely remote or widely dispersed activities.
