Bird — Ride Electric shows available vehicles on a live map, guides you to them, and lets you start and end rides while managing your account, payment method, and ride history. Use Bird — Ride Electric to report issues and review past trips.
Open the app to view available vehicles, reserve or unlock a Bird using QR code scan or tap-to-unlock, and follow the on-screen instructions to begin your ride. The app displays trip duration, cost estimates, and vehicle battery level so you can plan accordingly.
Follow local traffic laws, yield to pedestrians, and park in designated areas. Wear protective gear where required and end your ride in permitted parking zones. If you experience a problem, use in-app support to report damage or request assistance.
