1. So i got my verification expired, and when i try to verify again, it seems the verification board doesn't placed properly? It went too far on the right side of my screen? I dont know how to describe it properly, but the point is, i can't even find the "verify" button. 2. After refilling all my data and got the verification, i have no idea, why it said "captcha wrong". I keep retrying but the results doesn't bring any change at all.

After I update the app, I can not log in anymore (it either said something is wrong or country not found). I've tried restarting the app and clearing datas but nothing seems to work. The app was already laggy and crashes a lot before, and the update seems to make it worse. I can not access PL website by browser either (as it keep reseting when I tried to login or register (just in case)). Idk please fix it I can't commute without it or showing certificates (which is INSIDE the app/web).

It is not easy to load the vaccinations. I've had 4 but you can only see space for 3 to be entered. After that, a fourth option appears but I could not access ot. Despite loading details September 20, it is now October 2nd and my certificate results are still pending. Even though English was requested, only small sections are in English and there is nowhere on the rest of the app for translation to occur.

OTP didn't send so i can't register vaccine, tried many times, no result. Such a waste the app has potential, but too many major bugs it's not ready yet to be on Production, hope the devs could understands better and fix the issue as soon as possible, because if it stay like this, it's pointless to use this app. Thanks

It's been months and dev still insists you have to turn location on 24/7 to be able to use the app, even after ton of complaints for battery drain. Please don't tell me to use band aid solution that is 'turn on power saver', you dev are supposed to design an app for people's need, not forcing people to comply to your app. Make it to only use location like once every 15/30 minutes or so, no need to precisely track every second of our movement, nobody move across districts every 15 sec.

Horrible user interface. Birthday Date field requires endless scrolling instead of just typing a date. Aaaarrrgghhhhhh!!!!! Doesn't recognize fourth booster shot (at this time only knows about 3. Awful app.. Obviously not properly tested especially Android version, iOs only marginally better. (The suggestion from the developer in the comments below DOES NOT WORK on my machine. Makes it even more irritating!
