According to recent leaks, a variety of A-Rank units, such as Lucy and Piper, are set to appear in the forthcoming character banners.

Starting September 25, version 1.2 of Zenless Zone Zero will feature a special promotion for both S-Rank and A-Rank agents over several weeks. The first phase will spotlight characters like Caesar King, Lucy, and Soukaku, while the second phase will introduce Burnice White, Piper, and Billy through a limited-time Signal Search event. Although many of these agents are members of the Sons of Calydon faction, each plays a unique role within their teams.

A recent leak from Flying Flame hints that players will be able to unlock Lucy at no cost in the version 1.2 update. Lucy's abilities include summoning guard boars that inherit her critical hit damage and rate. Her ultimate ability unleashes these guard boars in a sequence, dealing area-of-effect Fire damage. Additionally, while using her ultimate, other team members recover 10 energy, making her a valuable asset in battles.

Alongside Lucy, version 1.2 will also introduce another Fire attribute character, Burnice White, who fits the DPS role and has an Anomaly specialty. Like Caesar King, Burnice White is expected to be an S-Rank character.
