A recent leak has unveiled the abilities of Tsukishiro Yanagi, a character set to join the world of Zenless Zone Zero. Similar to other action RPGs, Zenless Zone Zero continually introduces new characters that enrich the game’s narrative and gameplay experience.

Tsukishiro Yanagi is a notable addition, serving as the Deputy Chief of the Hollow Special Operations Section 6, one of the factions within the game. Known for her unwavering adherence to rules, she ranks just below Hoshimi Miyabi in the chain of command. While players are eager for her arrival, there's currently no confirmed release date for Yanagi. However, speculation suggests she may become playable starting with version 1.3. Recent leaks provide exciting insights into what players can expect from this pivotal character.

A Reddit user known as Runegorger shared a comprehensive description of Tsukishiro Yanagi's abilities. Her basic attack, titled Night Seer Divine Music, features two distinct stances: Upper Chord and Lower Chord. Yanagi's special attack, Flowing Transition, unleashes electric damage, while her enhanced special attack, Lunar Flowing Transition, is triggered when she accumulates enough energy. This powerful forward strike not only delivers significant electric damage but also grants her invincibility during activation, allowing her to inflict extra damage on enemies affected by Anomaly status.

New Insights on Yanagi's Attack Mechanics

The leak also details her chain attack, Star and Moon Follow Each Other, which, like her enhanced special attack, provides invincibility while it’s active. Her ultimate ability, Thunder Shadow Heavenly Splendor, can be activated when her Decibel Rating is maxed out, dealing substantial area damage with a staggering multiplier of 3360.6%.

As always, players are advised to approach leaked information cautiously, as details can change before a character’s official launch. While Yanagi is not yet part of the playable roster, the recent release of Zenless Zone Zero Version 1.2 has introduced two new Rank S characters to the community. The first is Caesar King, the leader of the Sons of Calydon faction, who is characterized as a versatile Physical Defense unit and will have her banner available until October 16. Following her introduction is Burnice White, a Fire Anomaly character and fellow member of the Sons of Calydon, whose banner is expected to be live from October 16 to November 5.
