As the release of the Natlan region approaches, Genshin Impact fans have something new to look forward to. HoYoverse has just announced two exciting Artifact sets arriving with Version 5.0, set to launch later this week. With the Natlan update promising new characters, weapons, and game features, the addition of these Artifact sets offers even more ways to enhance your gameplay.
In Genshin Impact, Artifacts play a crucial role in optimizing characters by providing specific buffs and enhancements. With every new character, HoYoverse often introduces Artifact sets that complement their unique playstyles. The upcoming Version 5.0 introduces two new sets that capitalize on the latest game mechanic, the Nightsoul Blessing.
Obsidian Codex
- 2-Piece Set Bonus: Increases damage by 15% while the character is in the Nightsoul Blessing state and on the field.
- 4-Piece Set Bonus: Boosts Crit Rate by 40% for 6 seconds after consuming 1 Nightsoul point. This effect can be triggered once per second.
Scroll of the Hero of Cinder City
- 2-Piece Set Bonus: Regenerates 6 Elemental Energy when a nearby party member triggers a Nightsoul Burst.
- 4-Piece Set Bonus: Grants a 12% Elemental Damage Bonus to all nearby party members for 15 seconds after triggering an Elemental Type reaction. If the character is in the Nightsoul Blessing state, this bonus increases to 28% for 20 seconds. This effect can also be triggered while off-field, and bonuses from multiple sets of the same name do not stack.
Both Artifact sets are designed to enhance gameplay for characters utilizing Natlan's new Nightsoul Blessing mechanic, with unique benefits tied to this feature. Players will be able to activate the Nightsoul Blessing state by dealing Elemental Damage, and the new characters from Natlan will gain additional bonuses from this mechanic.
Alongside these new Artifact sets, Version 5.0 will also introduce a revamped Artifact system feature called Sanctifying Elixir. This feature allows players to create Artifacts with customized main and sub-stats. Additionally, dismantling Artifacts will now provide EXP materials, offering more rewards for this process.
The new Artifacts and updates promise to bring significant enhancements to Genshin Impact, providing players with fresh ways to optimize their characters and improve their gaming experience. Get ready for the Natlan launch on August 28, and stay tuned for more exciting developments!
