I love the Chris Moyles show - it is pretty much the only radio I listen to. I never get the chance to listen live so have been heavily reliant on this App to listen in Catch Up mode. For the past 2 years or so I have faithfully used this app on android without too much drama - there were a few minor bugs but nothing that I couldn't cope with. I've always been a bit disappointed that there has been more focus on iOS than Android and that the promised podcasts have never materialised on Android. I recently reinstalled the latest version of the app which has turned something useful into something useless. The app keeps crashing. Any interruption (phone call, loss of signal, etc) and I have to reboot the app as it fails to pick up. Recently I reinstalled the app to try to fix this problem and couldn't get any playback at all. I eventually found the only way to get back to service was to select a different dj catch up to force the app off the catch up I wanted then back to the CM Show. Now playing back but not sure what will happen when interrupted. Please fix the technical debt, bugs and put some focus into the android app then this will become a 5* app

App keeps crashing where the audio cuts out. At one point when I wanted to stop listening it wouldn't allow me to turn off the audio, so had to force stop the app. *To Developers- Thanks for responding, I know how to use the app, been using it for years. When I press the stop audio button and nothing happens, or when the audio just cuts out at random, this isn't because I don't know how to use the app, it's because the app is buggy.

Used to work fine when it was purely Radio X but they forced the Global app on during one of the updates and it's not great. Often won't turn off, even when I close the app or it won't turn back on again. I've put up with it for a few weeks but it's not improved. If you're going to force everyone to use a new app, you should at least test it with users first.

The app design and functionality is good, but it's a bit erratic. Sometimes starts to a blank screen, sometimes won't play. Mostly works but not consistent. Also, catch up screen is completely blank at the moment for no obvious reason. Update: I take that last bit back. After updating the app, catch up is back!

Argh! I really really wanted to 5* this because I love listening radio x, the presenters are great, funny, entertaining and the music is just brilliant BUT for the past month the app has been glitching terrible! Just randomly stops playing, sometimes when my screen has gone off, or if I open another tab, sometimes for no reason at all, it just stops

I use the catch up in library to download the shows and listen later. In recent weeks the audio just stops every 30 seconds or so. I have to open my phone and restart it repeatedly to keep listening. I have tried re-installing the app but the issue remains. Love the music and Radio X but having to constantly restart the audio is a pain in the bum. Any suggestions?
