Midway through the Creamy Canyon stage in Astro Bot, players will come across a mysterious ice sculpture of a seal. Right next to it is a Puzzle Piece, hinting that this statue holds one of the game’s many hidden secrets. However, no matter how hard you punch it, the ice seal won't budge.

At first glance, it may seem like you could push the ice seal off its platform, but this tactic won’t work either. To uncover the secret hidden beneath the seal, players will need to find a more effective method of breaking the sculpture.

How to Shatter the Ice Seal in Astro Bot's Creamy Canyon

To break the ice seal in Astro Bot, players need to advance further into the Creamy Canyon stage until they encounter a charging pig-like enemy. The key here is to let the pig charge at you, then jump over it at the last moment to get behind it. Once you're behind the pig, grab its tail, allowing you to swing it around like a shotput.

The standard move is to throw the pig at a nearby ice wall to clear your path, but for this secret, turn around and aim the pig at the ice seal instead. Throwing the pig at the seal will smash the statue, unlocking access to the hidden area underneath.

Unlocking the Secret Area in Creamy Canyon

Once the ice seal is broken, players can use the nearby ladybug enemy to reach the platform where the statue once stood. On the ground, they’ll find a blue X marking the spot. Pull the cable attached to the X, and a ball will open up, revealing a platform. Step onto it, and Astro will be transported to a secret stage in the Lost Galaxy, filled with more Bots and Puzzle Pieces.
