  • this app was really good they do have adds but it's how they pay for the app since it is free and they wait until you finish your exercise routine before they show it. it also connects to my Google fit account and easily gives me an approximate calorie burnt number so I can reach my goal I definitely have a more toned but it was minor with the first 30 days but still noticable especially in tight jeans or leggings but I am in my 3rd month of it doing it every day and my butt is looking great.

  • It's great it really does work. I've done the 30 day challenge multiple times and it does put out great results. I just need to get back into it after I was in an accident last year I couldn't work out at all so I lost all of my muscle. I just completed day one. 29 more to go

  • This app has been pretty awesome. I've been doing the days they give you as well as my own thing. They have plenty of options to choose from when it comes to work outs. This app has kept me on my path of working out which is great! I do have one complaint though. The app is supposed to remind you to work out. Mine never goes off. I normally work out after work any way. But to have that notification would be nice for anyone that needed the reminder. Other than that this app is great!

  • I saw the app one day while looking at something else and decided to dl with the expectation of deleting it later. I'm proud to say the app is a keep as I'm entirely impressed by the exercises as they are not solely focused on glute and leg muscles but can give you a total body workout while keeping progress and inwas pleasantly surprised at that!

  • So far so good. No results yet only day 10. but I'm not pushing for results I'm just loving the experience and exercising. I'm usually demotivated doing exercises 4 days and I give up. The breaks give you something to look forward to. Can u imagine 3 days exercise and a day off. So u more motivated after the first day and say I only have to days to go than I rest. I truly love it. Hope to complete my 30 days.
