My poor SweepStar got lost on her way to my house. She was not able to log her arrival on her app as she mentioned it also gave her problems in the past. I receive notifications, eg your SweepStar has not arrived, but what do I do with this information?

This app has helped me alot in the time I've lived where I do now. I cannot afford to have a regular helper because I don't need that much cleaning done, so this app is perfect for me. And so far, the sweepstars have been great.

I really like the app and the sweep star I've been connected with. Everything is easy to use, and the recurring tip function is great as well. Kind of annoying that they're now sending out marketing push notifications without an options it turn them off in the app settings - I have a recurring booking, so none of them apply to me

I have been using them for years, and their service has dropped. Their sweepstars are always late, some of them steal, not skilled... they take no responsibility for their sweepstars if something goes wrong! I will never use them again!
