  • Everytime I tried to contact your cs, the app crashes. There's no other way to contact their cs, not even a telephone number. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO TRACK MY MISSING ORDER?! MY ORDER STATUS IS STILL THE SAME AS A WEEK AGO!!! NOT IMPRESSED AT YOUR SERVICE AT ALL!!!

  • When we went to the O2O pick up store they told us part of our order was delayed. A few days later they messaged us and want us to visit the O2O store again, and if we don't visit within 2 days, they'll throw away the order and provide NO refund. Typical CHINESE! When they screwed up they have all kinds of excuses. When they want you to go you basically have to show up right away. Chinese.
