You're looking for an app to adjust volumes for different apps playing at the same time. Aka volume leveling. This isn't what you're looking for. Android isn't really set up to do that.. But it does automatically adjust volume when an app is in if. but it's the overall volume for whichever category it uses such as notification, media, system volume that sort of thing.

"Can not have different volumes on background and foreground app" is stated in its About this app section, well I wish I paid more attention to this! In addition to the poor rated comments it stands to reason that no, this app does not control the volume on separate running apps. Having tried it, I found it so... So what is the point if I can just turn up or down the volume my self rather than suffer the foreground app going mute upon opening the app under the set 'rules' governed by this one!

Doesn't do as advertised on Android (recall this is advertised in the Android app store) because of Android system limitations. I've just been trying to find a way to listen to audible while watching twitch on my phone, and after downloading about a dozen of these apps, this one finally informs me it's impossible because of Android system limitations (read: evil corporate decisions to make your life less convenient and their wallets fatter.) I'm giving this app a 1 star for False advertisement

I set this app up to mute a foreground Livestream feedback to monitor as a guest while I play music in the background on YouTube app and it does the exact opposite of what I wanted. It mutes all audio if the Livestream app is in the foreground, which I guess it did what I told it to do but not what I intended. I wanted YouTube audio to continue playing audibly so I don't experience feedback issues in the foreground app that plays back my Livestream. *Sigh*

And volume back after action please. Also I do not like to give permission every time I start my phone. Further a nice app.

Nice interface, great options. But after saving many profiles it doesn't control the volume of ANY apps if they lose focus. What's so much worse is that all the other apps running get MUTED for no damn reason! Samsung's volume app does this flawlessly, but this isn't a Samsung phone.
