Really disappointing attitude and worst payment service from my experience. Very hard to get in touch with some one by call. Lost my money couple of times and when contacting through help chat, they says it has been refunded back to my account. They always comments like it may be pending from the bank, when i check with the bank they never knows this story. Really fed up following up.

items are more expensive but every now and then they have offers which brings down the price. only issue is they keep deducting 1 dhs from my credit card, every time i use my wallet on elgrocer. i thought it will get credited back to me but that doesn't happen. now i have already ordered 3 or 4 times and i plan to keep ordering in future but imagine i order 50 times, that will be 50.dhs

It was a terrible experience. I never recieved my order and the customer service were absolutely slow and unhelpful. I would not reccomend this application to anyone looking for great service because they provide the complete opposite.

Ordered twice and both experiences were horrible: First merchant, they called for product substitution two days after delivery day which shows there is little or no form elGrocer of follow with merchants for still-open orders. Second merchant, suggested substitution only an hour before delivery while I placed order 5 days ago...also this means offerings aren't kept up to date! There is difference between the app and website when it comes to features. Moreover, something wrong with address book as automatically it keeps adding addresses even I already saved one from mobile app when I ordered. Mobile app buttons aren’t working and I couldn’t find deactivation account feature from website. It seems there is a little of sync between mobile and website Customer service chat support isn’t as expected, 5 minutes of waiting to text you a word then he/she ghost you.

Extremely slow delivery and whenever I have a complaint customer service explains it away instead of compensating. Items are often unavailable and the app is unclear about product details. Main thing is delivery is extremely un reliably - I waited over an hour past the delivery window for a delivery from a supermarket 5 minutes away.

Worst customer service, they have no phone contact, on chat they respond hours later and close the ticket coz you were not there when they are ready to chat. Always issues with payment and availability of products. They charge your card but never reverse the transaction if the order is not fulfilled.
