  • I have been using this app for a few months and really enjoying it. I like workout apps where I can preload the workout ahead of time and just check off sets as I complete them. Also appreciate being able to build your own program/routine. I had a small issue recently and support team was very responsive and resolved quickly.

  • This app is great. The plate calculators are awesome. I use a 5/3/1 program, and the app automatically calculates how much weight to use and notifies you when it's time for the next set. Support is also amazing. I had a crash issue, and support responded immediately and worked with me until it was fixed. I highly recommend this app!

  • Great app if you never swap workouts. Swapping between workouts has issues. Workouts you program to either increase or decrease by an incremental weight all get reset to the same weight. The default weights for loading a program again are not the weights you last used when performing your reps and sets but are instead set to what was your calculated one rep max! Super dangerous if you aren't paying attention or don't realize this is what the app is doing. Fix the bugs with swapping please.

  • I'm having trouble with the app keeping my maxes. When I switch over to a different program, it resets all my maxes for specific exercises to 45lbs, and the history shows incorrect sets and repetitions (45lbs again) otherwise it's a great app. Having to remember my maxes and workout history when the app is supposed to is frustrating

  • I don't often leave reviews for apps, simply because most don't warrant it. But this app is somewhat special in my opinion. It's easy to use, very flexible and customizable. It has the most popular workouts ready to go and these are also customizable if needed. I paid for the pro version which is a one off payment and very affordable as it opens several tools that I decided I wanted to use and I think it's worth supporting this developer and app anyway. Recommended for serious lifters!
