As much as I want to support our Sarawakian e-wallet, I just can't seem to use it to pay. After putting money into the app, you can't use it to pay because the app keeps getting stuck on the payment screen. Thank you for your response but it is still stuck when I tried to make payment, managed to transfer all my money out to another person's account but will stick to other e-wallet system for payment of bills in Sarawak.

My usage of this app has 70% ok in my area. I too had bad experiences standing at cashier counters and unable to make payment due to system errors. Top up using credit card has to be made easy. Unless the developer of this app is concerned on the security of using credit cards. App Server need to be more stable.

Very poor app. Bil payment take few minutes to load, most of the time didn't load at all. When come to shake rewards, it didn't rewards anything and show network problem, didn't give rewards back also. Overall this app is slow loading

It is overall A-okay but very bad security measure. I love the cashback reward for every time you spend. But please please upgrade your security measure! It is so PRIMITIVE to only allowa one device to operate when one would have more than one smartphone. Worse yet, when something happen to the phone u login to, u have to wait 1 month to change to a new device (if it even allowed u to)!. That is so PRIMITIVE. I know it's for security reason but why not use two step authentication method??

i thought i'd give the app a chance despite all negative feedback. turns out majority of the users were right. app is trash. takes way too long to load. unnecessary time wasted. definitely not my internet problem. only my first use was successful. other attempts after that, failed every time. uninstalling and i strongly do not recommend others to use this e-wallet as primary e-wallet.
