Very worsssssst app , No customer support. Very poor service. Withdrawal also very worst I placed withdrawal request on 31 December, still amount not yet credited, this is my last transaction in this app. Ticket I'd 39309 It has been 4 days over , still amount not credited in my bank It has been more than 4 days , no response from your side for my 83000, so I am going to cybercrime complaint tomorrow Finally I got my amount after 5 days .

Fake app. After buying it stops showing the value of the crypto and doesn't allow to sell it,if we raise a ticket it says the app is upgrading, getting the same reply from more than 6 months. Waste of money and time.

Worst app ever don't use it guys the money depositing and withdrawal sucks they take at least a month to deposit or withdrawal so never ever use it plzzzzz don't install it use binance

This app is real or fake I don't know, I have invested in Safemoon token and some times it is visible and sometimes it is not visible and shows 0 amount but token are available and we can deposit money but cannot withdraw. If we withdraw it says success but again comes back to the bitbns wallet I sent email but no response from the bitbns pay team.

Hi Guys, I think you need to work on face of the application it's very disappointing because lot of information is not available that's why I have to use other apps, and you need to add live scores also work on resolving queries.

Worst app and completely fraud. We will lost our money that we disposited to thier account and even they won't response for tickets. I had disposited and it's been nearly 4 weeks but still i did't get any response from them even for tickets and disposit requests and they did't show any status for our requests.
