really went down hill with this most recent update. dont mind the color scheme or the UI, just want the app to work. cant get live chart data. will give you about a minute of charts and then freeze so you dont know where the ticker is headed. if you jump from another ticker to check the 'news ' tab it will only load news from previous ticker. wont load details ontop of stock information, just a circle that spins. the app was fine, why the hell did you have to tamper with it. Update: app freezes

This review is solely based on the app. It's awful. 1) Charts/SP are consistently off. My first three trades I didn't realize it and put me in a really bad position one being 45mins off from live results. 2) half the time it doesn't load on an 5 bar LTE connection 3) no Times/Sales. Starting to think I'll move my money elsewhere if this doesn't improve as the app is eating away at my bottom line. Edit: several weeks with this app it has not improved.

Why would you remove user preferences and make us attempt to set things up all over again. This type of thing makes switching to another service easier... Use to be able to log in with fingerprint or auto-filling credentials from a password vault, but developers removed capability. I miss Scottrade. No point in having the app if I can't use it on mobile.

Compared to Robinhood, this app is pretty much trash when it comes to bug free operation. One out of every 5 times I open it up, something doesn't function - either my position window is hung and there's no info available or the trade function doesn't work. Sometimes the fingerprint login doesn't work and you have to restart the app 2-3 more times. I don't even mess around with trading on this platform, because I'm afraid I won't be able to access the tools to trade at crucial moments.

Everytime i do an update I experience more problems. Currently the app glitches when i go to place an order. My current positions will have inaccurate prices for purchase price and gain amount. Best of all is the price listed for a stock will be wrong compared to looking on other platforms. Almost had a heart attack selling out of a company and a hour later it was listed as up 596%, backed out and reopened it and it went back to the right amount just up 15% for the day.

This app plain sucks. The combined accounts view stopped working about two weeks ago so I can't see all my holdings in one list view. Also, I previously requested a bug fix for the fact that even with rotation turned off the app ignores the system setting. Haven't seen any progress on that in two years. Time to switch over to Think or Swim... or maybe move over to Schwab.
