The guestoo Gäste App places event details, your registration information and any participant directory provided by the organizer within easy reach, so you can check schedules, confirm your attendance and make minor updates to your profile without navigating through an organizer interface. Designed for people who attend occasional meetings, conferences or private gatherings, the app emphasizes clarity and quick access rather than event creation or advanced administrative controls.

Event pages show the agenda, location, start and end times and any documents the organizer attaches; you can open maps or directions from the event screen and see time-related notes that the organizer chooses to display. When participant visibility is enabled by the organizer, a directory view allows you to browse profiles and understand who else is attending without exposing details the organizer has kept private. If the organizer enables an event feed, the app lets you submit short contributions or status updates to that feed; these submission controls are deliberately simple to keep the guest experience uncluttered.

The app does not include complex permission settings for guests; event-level permissions and visibility are set by the event organizer and the app reflects those choices in real time. There are no creation workflows for organizers in this app — any attempt to create or fully manage an event is redirected to the guestoo Manager App, which is available separately.

Progression, reuse and replay value

While not a game, the guestoo Gäste App offers progression in the sense of recurring usefulness across multiple events: once you’ve completed your profile and used the app for several events, your saved details and preferences make check-in and registration updates faster for future gatherings. Events are presented in chronological order and the app remembers recent or favorite events to speed access. The practical replay value comes from repeated attendance: recurring attendees or those who manage frequent RSVPs will find the app increasingly convenient as it stores commonly used information and reduces repetitive data entry.

Visual style and level structure

The user interface is intentionally restrained to keep the focus on event content: clear typography, high-contrast labels for key information such as time and venue, and compact cards for agenda items. Event content is organized into logical sections rather than nested menus, so you can scan the schedule, important notes and attachments without tapping through multiple levels. The guestoo Gäste App provides limited offline access: previously loaded event pages and your own profile information remain viewable when you temporarily lose connectivity, but edits are queued and only synced back to the organizer when the app reconnects. Privacy is handled at the event level; the organizer controls what participant information is exposed and how contributions to the event feed are moderated. Note the app does not support event creation or full event management — those workflows are intentionally reserved for the guestoo Manager App. Push notifications for guests are currently in development and will be announced when available.
