After I write my message, I can never see it with the card when I hit preview. This has never happened before, it's very frustrating. I hope my 2 cards I sent today the messages were attached.

Won't let me log in to my account. Error message. Sent password reset email - tried to use current password that it would not take - said my new password couldn't be the same as old password - so I was using the right password, app just doesn't recognize it.

First time I tried to send a birthday ecard a random New Years card with someone else's name was sent to recipient. Second time I tried to send a birthday ecard, all the recipient got was the personalized message I added to it. Neither they nor I could view the video. Won't be using this company anymore.

I love Blue Mountain, and have been a user since it started in the '90s! but, I can't give the app 5 stars, as it doesn't have the full range of card options that are on the website, and the search function is not as good.
