App is good, but there are a few items that I would consider if I were apart of there technology team. 1) have the "Size Charts" in with the tab so when you scroll through size information is already linked 2) have a designation of an item previously saved/loved on the face of the item which would save the customer time. 3) be cognizant of the tabs like "unique find," or "buy 1 get 1" etc., are covering pertinent information about the item that we can't see. Otherwise, it's a PLEASURE!

Hit or miss. Some deals are actually deals; and some are the same deals on the brand website. Also, I wish you could filter by material. Zulily has lots of great looking clothes and linens but then once you fall in love and click, it's polyester and microfibre. I'd love to be able to filter out anything that has "polyester" or "microfibre" in the description. No more plastic fabrics.

I've had a very bad experience. I would NEVER order from Zulily. I made and paid for an order WAY BACK IN OCTOBER. October 15th actually. A month later they finally decided to start shipping my item. A month later??? I don't know ANY business that starts sending paid for items a month after it has been paid for. I warn anyone considering using this app.

Your app SUCKS for browsing on cell phones. Too often when you back out of looking at an item it takes you back to the top of the list of products in the category you're shopping. It wouldn't be an issue except a good number of your categories have hundreds of products and I HATE having to scroll through them all over and over again to get back to where I was. Not only that, but your items move, so I often miss things I haven't seen yet while I'm scrolling to get back to where I was. FRUSTRATING

The app is very easy to use. I've used Zulily for several years now and they continue to have the best customer service. There has been a few rare occasions when something was broken upon arrival or wrong item shipped, but this has happened maybe twice in the past two years. When I send them an email about any problems (which is rare) they are quick to respond and help.

Search function doesn't show all results. That's frustrating. Update: 1/2/24 - Won't open. I've been trying for the last couple of weeks to open it, but it keeps saying try again later. Uninstalled and reinstalled, still no luck. Very frustrating. 1/21/24-still will not open.
