  • so i decided to delete social media and at the same time, downloaded this app. it definitely helped me in the way that im wakimg up and setting my goals for the day rather than looking at social media. it also provides notifications to tell you to set your goals and provides reading material for ways to get motivated/better yourself. also makes you rate different aspects of your life and was super insightful. i gave it 4 stars because a lot of the good material you have to update to premium for

  • I like the concept for this app but sadly, the widget doesn't function like how I wanted to. It would be great if we can complete the goal by clicking the widget. I also cant seem to open the app by clicking the widget. The widget is useless so far... i'd really love it if you'd fix it! But overall, great app!

  • This is an amazing app with vey useful features. I love that it is structured around breaking goals down into achievable steps. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because there is no habit tracking feature. If users were able to add habits the same way they add goals (and track their streak) this app would LITERALLY be perfect!

  • Awesome tool for tracking quick end of day reflection. Has great pop up notification asking how I am feeling and with one click I can write down a few notes and then continue flipping through another app. And it's short and easy to write down a quick memory, thought, or goal. I suck with remembering to consistantly write this stuff down, I have been bad at it my entire life. BUT this app has made it so easy that i just click the pop up notification and add the quick response in between doing stuff in my other apps. Great tooI and I definitely recommend it!

  • Pretty good honestly. Effective as an MVP wellness coach. UX could use some streamlining, was hard to figure out how to access the courses from the goals. Also took a second to figure out how to customize the notifications, as the defaults seem to occur at random times.

  • Amazing app! It has helped me sray on track with my current journey. The only complaint I have is that I can't make a goal last longer than 1 day, so I have to keep adding it every single day, and I can't tap a goal to add to that goal multiple times. But I emailed them and this is something they will be adding, so I give them 5 stars! Customer service us great also. It only took them a couple of days to answer me back.
