Use it to scan my tickets and check nimbers. Works fine most of the time. Now evey time i open the app it says i need to update. I click update and its fully updated. Still askes everytime and i have to go to the update screen then click open for it to work. Such a small fix for such a big issue....

It used to work but now every time I open it I get an error message. Something about an error with their system. The draw games stopped updating May 13. Ticket scanning is a lesson in frustration. Theied deleting and reinstall many times but no change.

There's an issue with my submissions that's been going on for 7 years now and it's never been fixed. There's an ERROR MESSAGE that pops up STATING THERE'S AN ISSUE WITH OUR SYSTEM. I've told the lotto about this issue for 7 years but they want to tell u there's nothing wrong with the app. I've entered hundreds even thousands of 2nd chance tickets over 7 years and never won a dime because of this issue. Why is the app always outdated. I'm confused why the lotto doesn't want to fix there own app.

Seeing odds for each game and each prize would be great. Lotto ticket scan also would be great as an authoritative answer not "maybe" as the disclaimer indicates. What's the point of the option if I still need to visually check numbers?

Every time i try to open the app ever since the last update the app opens and it says that i need 2 update to the newest update .and the options are update or ok and i have to click update then it takes me to the app store where i have to click on open .since the its already been updated .its annoying having to go through all those steps just to get back to the main page from the app ..it needs to get fixed ..

issues trying to check a ticket, I have a known winning card on several different games, after selecting "check-A- ticket, an alert pops up with a blue circle and a check mark in the middle of it reading "This game has ended and the claiming period is over"I have been using this mobile app for years without any issues, I have removed the app entirely on 4 separate occasions and re-installed via google play and still not fixed, is there a fix for this? please advise. Thank you.
