Not user friendly at all. Tabs for policy details, premium payments etc should be available on the dashboard. There is no option to add my existing policies which are not linked to my account. Please check out the apps of other insurance providers as reference to improve on this app.

pitiful All of PNB metlife's IT systems suck big time..their websites are slow, payment systems are horrible and fail often during transactions, and their mobile app is no different. Tried getting a OTP for mobile change, & it never came to either phone or email. Tried uploading pdfs - even a simple pdf is treated as an error (protected). PNB needs to get its act together if it wants to retain customers. would have given minus 5 but play store doesn't allow

I tried registering multiple times also resetting password as well, but am unable to login. MetLife has to improve online experience and am dissatisfied with their app and online transaction. Worst part is no proper response to service request as well. I have requests pending from years without resolution. I am waiting for lockin to get over to close all my investments

Very poor app functionality - once an option is selected, it doesnt allow you to select a different option, unless we log out and log back in to the app. Extremely frustrating user experience

This application really sucks, keeps hanging and unresponsive most of the time and takes hell of a time to login and to do the online payments. And still it fails the online transactions every time. PS- Tried online payment with 3 different cards at 4 different dates and within the office timings.

This is the most useless app for the end user. Tried updating my bank account a couple of times and at the end of each process the app says "Unable to process request, check after some time." This app is kept in mind to create a huge wall so that investors cannot escape as all policy related matters are to be done only through this app and there is no alternative. The CS executive will not even acknowledge that the app is not working.
