Since its launch earlier this year, WWE 2K24 has received mostly positive reviews, with many players praising it as a significant improvement over 2K23. The game has maintained its popularity, with developer Visual Concepts continuing to support it through regular updates and DLC packs.

The first WWE 2K24 DLC, released on May 15, introduced fan-favorite CM Punk along with a selection of ECW legends. This was followed by the Post Malone & Friends pack on June 26, featuring the superstar artist himself and old-school wrestlers like Honky Tonk Man. July 31 saw the release of the Pat McAfee Show Pack, bringing the popular commentator and personalities from his show into the ring. Now, the next DLC is just around the corner, bringing even more wrestlers to the game’s growing roster.

On September 18, WWE 2K24 will unveil the Global Superstars Pack DLC, focused on adding modern wrestlers who were absent from the base game. The headliner for this pack is current WWE Women's Champion, Nia Jax, accompanied by a diverse lineup of talent, including Kairi Sane, Jade Cargill, Lyra Valkyria, Michelle McCool (the only retired wrestler in this pack), Dragon Lee, and Carlito from The Judgment Day.
