Honkai: Star Rail Unveils Feixiao's Full Character Kit

Honkai: Star Rail has officially detailed the full kit for one of its highly anticipated five-star characters, Feixiao. Currently an NPC and one of the Seven Arbiter Generals in the game’s lore, Feixiao is set to make her debut as a playable character.

In a recent Special Program livestream, HoYoverse announced that Feixiao will join the roster in Version 5.1, alongside the new Abundance character Lingsha. Feixiao will be featured in the first banner phase, which is scheduled to launch around September 10.

As her release approaches, additional details about Feixiao’s abilities have been revealed. Described as a potent DPS unit, Feixiao can unleash powerful Ultimates using Flying Aureus stacks. Her Technique allows her to enter an Onrush state for several seconds, during which she pulls enemies, boosts her speed, and gains a Flying Aureus point. While in this state, Feixiao’s attacks inflict Wind damage to all enemies at the start of battle. Her basic attack deals Wind damage to a single target, and her Skill, Waraxe, inflicts Wind damage on a chosen enemy and triggers a follow-up attack from her Talent.

Feixiao's Kit Breakdown

Feixiao’s Ultimate, Terrasplit, enables her to deliver single-target Wind damage, reducing the enemy’s Toughness regardless of their Weakness Type. If the Weakness Broken effect is not applied, her Break efficiency increases. The Ultimate comprises two attacks: Boltsunder Blitz and Waraxe Skyward, both dealing Wind damage to the selected target. If the enemy is not Weakness Broken, the damage multiplier is enhanced.

Feixiao’s Talent allows her to use her Ultimate after accumulating a certain number of Flying Aureus stacks, gained through teammates’ attacks. After an ally attacks, Feixiao performs a follow-up attack on the primary target, with this effect limited to once per turn.

Fans are already speculating that Feixiao will emerge as one of the top DPS characters in Honkai: Star Rail. Comparisons to the popular Nihility DPS Acheron have begun, given their shared focus on unique Ultimate mechanics. Additionally, Feixiao is expected to synergize well with Robin, particularly as the Phase 1 banner for Version 2.5 will include the five-star Harmony support.
