Avoid at all cost. I ordered an item and paid online. They cancel my order pretending item is out of stock while it is still listed until this day as on stock and even price lowered. They state they reimburse within 14 days. Obviously not done. I send messages they reply after 48 hours that Oops they forgot to reimburse. Unprofessional and unreliable and even till now nothing received so do not ever use!

It takes time to get a delivery... , secondly i ordered 2 items from august 2020 and after 3 months i mean in December it became unavailable (no item in stock), third there is no more choices and multi products like Ali Express... So i decided to delete the app at all !

My experience with the Zood application has been extremely unsatisfactory. Despite paying in advance, my parcel remains undelivered. The customer service I've encountered is disappointingly ineffective, providing only unclear and inadequate responses. This situation has left me feeling both deceived and exasperated. I strongly caution others against using this app to spare themselves from a similarly frustrating ordeal.

2 orders, same item, an hour apart, first they changed item description after i ordered, i complained about it with screenshots, before wnd after, they said not an issue if received and not as described would refund... libanpost called me for address to deliver both packages, but never showed up, and 20 days later they advise me 1 of the items is sent back to warehouse because weirdly multiple failed delivery attempts, while second still waiting to be delivered. support asked me to order again!!
