Have had it for about 3 years now. I absolutely love it. I can cast to my chromecast or watch on my phone. No ads, can browse and add shows to a watchlist. Never have buffering issues(but I do have fiber optic). Its a joy, well worth the price Edit: saw a lot of not great reviews after writing this. Cant say I've experienced their issues. I'm the u.s. and by the sounds of things maybe a lot of the not great reviews are from countries that limit content and make websites pay for priority speed

Update : Edited to one star as app continues to be buggy. Can't revisit already watched ep as it reads the content as complete and moves to the next episode, then freezes. Will probably be cancelling subscription. Good content, bad code. Ugh. None of these issues new. Copy /pasted responses to " contact us" not a fix. Content was as expected and price is fair. Pulling star for tech issues with the app. Buggy and not user friendly. Continued play nearly always freezes. App needs work.

Great app!! Greater content!! I love it. Excellent documentaries. Streaming is just fine as long as you have a good internet connection. When people complain about buffering is because they have a slow internet connection. The only problem I have is that the subtitles should not only be in English but also in French, Spanish etc. I will give it 5 stars once we get more languages for the subtitles.

Poor quality of both content and UI/UX. Many of the titles are old and outdated and you can watch them in YouTube. There is amazing competition, PBS is great and BBC, Deutsche Welle are ok and I was positively surprised by the quality of some Netflix documentaries. The user experience is not great i.e. many functions freeze or do not always work and there is no recommendation algorithm at all, while the categorisation is flawed as well. I could overcome the tech issues if content was good.

The procedure to download episodes is a bit clunky. There's no way to select multiple episodes for download. In the episode list, clicking on an episode (except on its thumbnail, which makes it start playing) marks it as "Now playing", which doesn't seem to mean anything, since nothing else happens... Overall, I found multiple quirks in the app such as these which require fixing.

As with any nascent streaming service there's not the vast variety you get with your Netflix or such but the breadth and topics are awesome. Especially love the early life series (please do more around this topic!) and the fact they produce their own material and the content has a good refresh rate, I absolutely love this. I want this to excel so I feel compelled to write a review to get others on board. If you love to learn or create this environment in your home, this is the ideal option! :)
