Microsoft is set to begin adding Activision Blizzard King games to Xbox Game Pass starting in August, with Crash Bandicoot N'Sane Trilogy rumored to be among the first releases. According to Xbox insider extas1s, this move marks the expansion of Game Pass's offerings to include titles from Activision Blizzard King. Crash Bandicoot N.Sane Trilogy, expected to debut next month, will follow Diablo 4 as the second game from the publisher available on Game Pass since its acquisition by Xbox. Additionally, Microsoft has announced plans for Call of Duty Black Ops 6 to launch day one on Game Pass later this year.

Additionally, according to extas1s, Tony Hawk 1+2 and Spyro Reignited Trilogy are slated for release soon, although the exact timing has not been confirmed yet. These titles could potentially be part of the upcoming August release or might arrive later, possibly in September. Phil Spencer had previously mentioned that integrating Activision Blizzard King's extensive game catalog into Game Pass is a complex process that requires substantial effort and time, emphasizing that it involves more than just a straightforward implementation.

When Microsoft completed the acquisition of Activision Blizzard King, there was widespread anticipation among players for a flood of games to arrive on Game Pass. This expectation stemmed from the publisher's extensive and substantial back catalogue, which includes a wealth of popular titles.

However, that expectation has yet to be fulfilled, disappointing some Xbox fans who anticipated seeing all Call of Duty games and other titles on Game Pass immediately following the conclusion of the legal battle.

Nonetheless, it's better late than never. Personally, I'm looking forward to seeing all these games arrive on Game Pass, particularly older Activision titles such as Prototype, Singularity, Guitar Hero, Transformers, and others.
