During the 2024 Minecraft Live event, Mojang introduced two exciting additions to the game: a new hostile mob called the Creaking and a new biome named Pale Garden. These features are set to be officially launched in the upcoming winter update. Mojang is known for releasing new content early in Minecraft's Bedrock Edition beta and Java Edition snapshot versions, allowing players to try out these features before their official release.

In line with this tradition, the latest Minecraft Bedrock Edition beta/preview version 1.21.50.20 now includes both the Creaking mob and the Pale Garden biome. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to explore these new features.
Steps to Discover Minecraft's Creaking and Pale Garden in Bedrock Edition's Beta/Preview

To get started, make sure you have the latest Minecraft Bedrock Edition beta/preview 1.21.50.20 installed. Head to your device's app store, search for Minecraft Preview, and download it. If you’re new to the beta version, this will automatically install the latest update that includes the Creaking mob and Pale Garden.
If you already have an older beta version, simply tap the update button to download and install version 1.21.50.20.

Once the latest beta/preview version 1.21.50.20 is installed, open the Minecraft launcher. Make sure to select the Bedrock Edition from the left panel, and then run the latest preview version. You'll notice a different look in the main menu, which indicates that you're playing in the preview version rather than the standard Bedrock Edition.

For Java Edition players using the latest snapshot, remember to enable the Winter Drop features from the Experiments tab when creating a new world. This step is crucial to ensure that the Creaking mob and Pale Garden biome appear in your Minecraft world.
Now, with your new world created, dive into the gameplay and start exploring these exciting new additions that Mojang has brought to Minecraft!
