Game constantly throws up purchase windows and it appears i 'pocket clicked' on one after not locking my phone and i was charged £100!! contacted the company immediately but they refused to refund knowing i'll never use the credits. Customer service is terrible, they completely ignore the content of any email and just reply with a generic response. it appears the game is set up to intentionally do this as every time you press an 'ok' or 'next' button, you get a purchase window. coincidence?

Good game. Fun story lines, mostly good puzzles but some can be tedious. Today my games froze up on the opening screen and now crashes every time I try to boot it. I used to play it everyday...and was quite advanced ( number 3) locally and 102 in my state. It's a bummer I can't play any more!

truly enjoy puzzles and special events but tired run out of lives to play after 3 or 4 puzzles played. Near 4 hours to re-up on lives for whole 30 minutes,if that; of playing lives. Think charge too much lives to play each building, most puzzles..just need 1 move more but since all but 1 or 0 move left..have to watch 4 ads that give you 4 more moves..you'll do that 1 move you need to finish puzzle and lose other 3 moves? should be saved to use instead of lose them. JS.

I strongly believe the free gems were a good advantage, helpful in key moments. Now it will become an unpleasant routine to pass certain levels, without "taking advantage" of al the games features, like buying the gems. This will cause getting tired and somehow frustrated, therefore the next step is uninstalling the game. I guess I am not the only one.

I purchased an in-app bundle last week. It didn't show up in my game. Sadly, the money was paid to G5. They aren't responding to my requests. I always felt G5 was a rip off company, with their games almost always ending with only one or two move to solve the game. While, they are great games, they are built to entice you to give them an excess of money. If you have kids, watch out! They'll bleed you dry and make you jump through sky high hoops should you run into a problem.
