Melting Girls puts you in the role of a villain armed with a brainwashing device, converting defeated foes and magical girls into members of your squad in a gritty, strategic top-down action experience. You handle positioning and aim a conversion beam while your recruits fight automatically, or you can take direct control of your commander and target skills yourself. Progress unfolds district by district: beaten enemies sometimes flee and must be chased down and brought back to your base, where you can change outfits, talk with captives, and view mature-themed story scenes. Melting Girls will appeal to players who enjoy emergent mechanics, squad management and darker fantasy scenarios.
