NEON STRIP 0.31.1a (March end-of-month) introduced core systems and content: random encounters (scratch-off tickets, street fights, package deliveries, street prostitution and voyeurism events), fully functional shops and wardrobe, new animations and improved lighting balance, smarter LLM-driven NPC dialogue, and initial save/load stability fixes. The 0.31.3a hotfix fixed crashes when exiting vehicles from saved games, resolved foggy vehicle windows and car shaking, improved scene streaming performance, fixed duplicate player and menu-return bugs, reduced vehicle light intensity and lowered overall memory usage.
