This app is very buggy and slow. As a recipient enquiring on a missed parcel delivery its asks too many questions about the parcel of which I do not know who is the sender and it's content. This app was definitely not created for a customer ease of use. Please create the app from a customer's perspective.

Please bring back the older version! This new version is not working properly! I tried to create a new consignment note, up until the last page where they show the estimated price, then it stop there. Where is my consignment note?? How to generate & scan it? It just show a blank page after i click 'next'

The idea is good, we fill in the details before walk in poslaju. But... 1. Veryyyyyy slow loading. 2. Fail to print consigment note after scan at pos laju printer. Wasted 45mins for this & counter said cannot key in manual, have to use apps. So terrible, pls fix your apps. AND COUNTER STAFF, PLS HELP YOUR CUSTOMER LAA.. 3. Forced to pick address from system, unable to amend the actual address & address not even in your system. Pls allow user to key in manual.

Probably the worse app experience I've ever encountered. The prompts don't close after I input yes or no. The app loads for a long time. Tried to verify my email but it doesn't work.

Usually when i use this app there is no problem at all until yesterday when i tried to key in the postcode then it stated there invalid postcode and i have tried this till this morning. POS MALAYSIA please update your system to a better version as soon as possible. This app is the simplest and fastest way for me to send my parcel out. Please do something about it

Lousy service, did not send but system showed already come but missed. I have been working from home since MCO, and I didn't find any notification. Now I don't even know which pos office to go to pick up my stuff. The online feed back is a joke, cannot even submit the complain. What the use of the app if the actual services is so ridiculously bad.
